As Chairman and CEO of BenefitMall, Bernard DiFiore is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution.  Working with more than 20,000 Trusted Advisors, Brokers and CPAs, BenefitMall provides the nation's largest portfolio of insurance and payroll services designed to help more than 200,000 small to medium-sized companies successfully focus on their business, select and manage their employee benefits.

Most recently, Mr. DiFiore orchestrated the acquisition of CompuPay, the second largest, privately held payroll company; positioning BenefitMall as a leader in helping businesses provide key employee benefits and payroll while remaining compliant under health care reform. 

Successfully mastering city management early in his career, Mr. DiFiore attained the experience that supported his achievements as the founder and president of Coordinated Benefits Systems, Inc., a large technology-driven employee-benefits company, which he later sold.  Additionally, Mr. DiFiore held positions as President of a charitable foundation and created The Aquinas Funds. The Aquinas Funds grew to be a national financial-services company and publicly traded mutual fund with $160 million in managed assets.

DiFiore's leadership was recognized when he was named to Governor George W. Bush's National IT Steering Committee and to A.M. Best's Review's list of "People to Watch in 2001", and most recently he was awarded a Stevie® award for Executive of the Year in the Financial and Insurance category. He was also a finalist in the Earnst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Southwest Region in 2001, 2002 and 2015. DiFiore is a leading expert and public speaker on e-commerce trends and opportunities for the insurance and employee-benefits industries, and he has been recognized by Computer World, Tech Titans and Microsoft. 

Mr. DiFiore holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree from Syracuse University. He is very active in serving others through community outreach programs. Mr. DiFiore serves on the Salvation Army DFW Metroplex Advisory Board, Methodist Hospital System Board and the Business Council for the Arts. In addition, Mr. DiFiore is a long-standing member of the Dallas Salesmanship Club, which focuses on making a positive impact for at-risk kids and families.
